Below is the current sketch for the for-profit. We've been iterating on this for a few weeks.
Founders pool: Sam, Greg, Ilya, plus an allocation for Elon as Chairman.
Cap on returns to investors at 100x. Excess returns to the nonprofit. Nonprofit retains majority of board seats. Mission lock in the charter.
We need your equity number to finalize.
