The suit was filed today in San Francisco Superior Court.

Causes of action: breach of contract, promissory estoppel, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices, accounting.

Relief sought: judicial declaration that GPT-4 and OpenAI's most advanced models constitute AGI and are therefore outside the scope of the Microsoft license; restitution of donations; injunction preventing OpenAI, Sam Altman and Greg Brockman from benefiting personally from the for-profit conversion.
